The Martyr of Iraq: Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr

This made me cry. These are the video clips of biography of Shaheed Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr

His teachers said: “He was a genius, such that no one can explain clearly”

His speech, his unmarked grave, to a number of times his body was moved to his final resting place, his influence in the Iraqi politics, the howzahs in najaf, history of the biggest howzahs in jabal amin in Lebanon.

Shaheed al-Sadr family and upbringing, his family genealogy to Imam Musa al-Kadhim, his forefathers (the family of Sharaf al-Deen), origin of the wilayah al-faqih theory, the oppositions, attack on the village of his great great grandfather in the year 1699 and their migration to Baghdad Iraq, Islamic scholarship, birth of his grandfather in 1842 in Esfahan, moved from Esfahan to Karbala, Baqir al-Sadr grandfather lead the revolution against the British occupation of Iraq, The birth of Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr

On Sunday February 28, 1935 in Kadhemiya, Baghdad, Birth of his sister Amina (bint al Huda), his father died when he was 2 years old, life in poverty, his schooling, start of the hizb al-dawa,
A role model to other students, everyone wanted to emulate him, his excellence and geniuses, interview with his old teacher, Baqir al-Sadr completing two-school grade in a single year, in the first year he completed first and second year, in the second year Baqir al-sadr completed 2 more grades of school. According to his teacher, awards for the best message reciter in Muharram was always Baqir al-Sadr, emergence of new ideologies in Najaf (such as communism). His teachers said Baqir al-Sadr was very knowledgeable about western philosophy and Marxism at a very young age, baqir al-sadr acquiring books and his teacher testing his knowledge, his teacher learning from his student, the oldest book published by al-saqr was the book “Fadak in History” written in 1945 when Baqir al-Sadr was 11 years old, in 1946 he and his family moved from Kahdimiyah to the Holy Najaf for religious study, he invested 16 hours per day for obtaining knowledge, he will visit the Shrine of Imam Ali(as) after dhuhur everyday and study there, a dream

    1. I just checked my links. The uploader account is no longer with the Youtube. His videos are gone/unavailable. I will need to find them again. I have seen bits and pieces of the video clips in some other videos, but these are not what I saw when I originally wrote the above post.

      The video clips in my blog post were from an Arabic documentary in four part about Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr with English subtitles.

      I'll post a new links as soon as I find them. If you find them first then please feel free to post them here.
